We take our shipments very seriously. Whenever possible, you will receive your order quickly, but the reception time may vary slightly depending on the day you place your order, whether we have special offers or if your order is sent by a private carrier or by post office.

Delivery time

On working days when we don’t have deals or special offers, we prepare your order within 24-48 hours from the moment of your purchase. All orders sent to any point on the peninsula are sent by private courier and it takes between 24 and 48 hours to arrive at your destination. On rare occasions, if the customer is not at home when the order arrives, orders may take between one and two days to arrive. On the days that we have deals and special offers, your order may take another 48 hours to leave our warehouse.

For Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands
